I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The staff here provided top-notch service, from room service to dry cleaning and laundry, they took care of everything. Upon arrival, I even received a welcome drink and the staff was always ready to assist with tours and tickets. The room itself was amazing, with all the amenities you could need including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. I also loved the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The hotel had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and the bathtub was a delightful touch. Plus, having a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle in the room was a bonus!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were very basic, quite old and not particulary lavish compared to the rest of the hotel. Location was okay.

Ambience of public areas was lovely, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location was ideal, situated in a semi rural area near a beautiful lake and only a short 15-minute walk to the town center. The entrance was stylish and comfortable, giving a good first impression. The restaurant was spacious and offered plenty of privacy for a pleasant dining experience. The friendly staff were welcoming and made the stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the comfort room I stayed in had a persistent smokey smell even though the hotel had a strict no smoking policy.

No fridge in room great dissappointment,and I had an old room hotel is divided in two separate buildings new an old I stayed in the old part room is clean and nice bathroom is dated.Brakfast is great but expensive more than 15 euros.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was very polite and helpfull.

The hotelroom did not have the looks that you would expect when you walk true the hotel. There was a plastic bucket in the closet for a leak I think. If you like coffee you have a coffee machine, if you want tea there was no cooker.

Very nice rooms, very good food served in the restaurant.

On hotel's web site, there was no information that the rule, for visiting welness centre, is to be nude...there was slight missunderstanding. This information would be very useful for foteigners (preferable in english).
